Following our system upgrades, the Bank has updated the systems and browsers that are working with our online banking. Please see the following list:

Windows + IE |
1) Windows XP, Vista and Server2003 no longer works with our online banking, please upgrade your system to Windows 7 or to a recent version. 2) Windows 7, Windows 8, and Server2008: For IE8-IE10, please select “Use TLS1.2” in IE Settings; For IE11 - this setting is a default (only if you have unselected this option before, please ensure it is selected). |

Google Chrome |
V29 and older versions are not working, please upgrade your Chrome to versions after V29. |

Firefox |
1) Firefox23 or older versions: they are not able to support TLS1.2; please upgrade to Firefox27 or to a recent version. 2) Firefox24-26 – this is a default to forbid TLS1.2, please change your browser settings to use TLS1.2. We suggest you to upgrade your browser to Firefox27 or to recent versions. 3) Firefox27 and recent versions – this is default to use TLS1.2 (only if you have unselected this option before, please ensure it is selected). |

OS X 10.8 or older versions are not working, please upgrade to OS X 10.9 or recent versions. |
