“Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Almaty)” JSC (hereinafter referred to as the Bank), asks you to come to the Bank to close your account(s), which has not been working for more than one year.

In case of failure to appear at the Bank within 3 months from the date of publication of this notice, the Bank is entitled to take measures provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including transferring cash balances from your bank accounts to a notary deposit and close accounts according to art.29 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Payments and Payment Systems”.
