U-Shield will be replaced with New Security Token w.e.f 31 March 2013
We will be replacing your existing security device for internet banking, U-Shield with a New Security Token, free of charge. The New Security Token comes with enhanced security feature for safer internet banking. Please come to the branch personally before 31 March 2013 for the necessary replacement. Kindly bring along identification documents (original NRIC or passport) for verification.

For corporate customers please contact your Relationship Manager immediately upon receipt of the letter.

Please note that you will not be able to use the U-Shield after 31 March 2013. Please come to the branch personally before 31 March 2013 for the necessary New Security Token replacement to avoid interruption in internet banking service.
